Open Positions

Receiver– Responsible for storing, stocking and fulfilling requisitions for all products in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, etc.)

Steward– Responsible for washing and storing of all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, etc. for business location

Server Assistant– Responsible for providing support and assistance to the servers of Frontera Cocina

Cashier/Quick Service– Responsible for many essential restaurant functions, including ringing in guest orders, processing payments, assembling and delivering each order, keeping essential items stocked, and maintaining cleanliness of the quick service area

Barback– Responsible for assisting in keeping the bar area stocked with essential items such as spirits, beer, wine, mixers, ice, garnishes etc

Cook– Responsible for the preparation and presentation of food items as well as the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas and equipment

Host/Hostess– Responsible for being the first point of contact for the guest with the restaurant

Server– Responsible for leading restaurant guests through their dining experience

Prep Cook– Responsible for the preparation and presentation of food items as well as the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas and equipment

Bartender– Responsible for taking exceptional care of guests and ensuring servers receive bar orders accurately and in a timely fashion

Production Cook– Responsible for preparing food to the highest quality and done so following all company and food safety guidelines
